Made with 100% 92.5 silver base and plated with a minimum of 1.5 microns of 14K gold or higher or rhodium plating. We proudly steer clear of brass or regular gold plating, and actually stand by the official vermeil ( which is 500% thicker ) or rhodium plating with anti tarnish layer to protect against day to day wear.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange it in its original condition within 24hrs from the time of delivery. We take pride that all products by our handpicked designers are produced with extraordinary standards!

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original paperwork and packaging. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are non-returnable : Custom designed jewellery items, Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; and items that have previously been exchanged.

We do not refund shipping, or appraisal costs and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. However, we will share a credit note with you for the purchase amount minus the return shipping fee.
